Manish Chaudhari is Senior Director in charge of Salesforce Architecture for the TAP Smart Card Program at L.A. Metro. The TAP Program consists of 25 agencies serving over 10 million people in L.A. County. Manish Chaudhari has over 10 years of experience directing the implementation, configuration, deployment and iterative refinement of multiple Salesforce.com instances. He is passionate about using the most up-to-date technologies to create practical solutions, leverage opportunities to solve pressing business problems and drive end-user adoption. Chaudhari is currently expanding one of the first Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) programs in the U.S. TAP’s MaaS execution employs an economical, hybrid approach between card-based transit and account-based regional programs such as bikesharing, parking, microtransit and others. Manish Chaudhari has a master’s degree in Computer Science from Cal State L.A. and has earned an astonishing 11 Salesforce Certifications.
