General Manager - Americas, Vix Technology

Gary Googins brings nearly 20 years of professional experience managing numerous fare collection, fare policy, ITS, and rail/bus planning projects involving multiple transit vendors, system integration and internal business processes. His project portfolio of smart ticketing and integrated technology solutions includes RTD Denver, Calgary Transit, Sound Transit, and Sacramento Regional Transit as well as the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Capitol Region Partners in Edmonton, AB, Canada with Vix Technology.

Gary has been the General Manager of the Americas region for Vix since spring 2018. He has actively participated in the Secure Technology Alliance including CSCIP Payments Certification.
