David Holmes

Head of Global Strategic Accounts, UL

David Holmes is head of Global Strategic Accounts with UL’s Identity Management and Security division, responsible for setting the vision and executing the strategy for growing UL’s partnerships with global payment networks. Dave has over two decades of experience in payments, mobile and cybersecurity, and has been at the forefront of helping to bring those worlds together. Prior to joining UL, Mr. Holmes founded and led Tigertap, an IoT services company focused on Toys to Life gaming, audit trail services and closed loop payments. Previously, he served in executive roles in business development, sales, marketing and engineering at Identiv and NXP. He holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
