Kara Kazazean

Senior Director Payment Services, Walmart

Kara joined Walmart in 2011 and currently serves as Senior Director Payment Services. In her current role, she works closely with the networks and acquirers to support acceptance of debit and credit products within Walmart and Sam’s Club and oversees a number of projects related to these tender types. She also has responsibility for the team that reconciles payments, fees, and researches settlement variances. Prior to this role, Kara had responsibility for the global closed-loop gift card program, helping to expand the program beyond traditional gifting with programs such as 1-Hour Guarantee, Pre-sale video games and the Humana Vitality program.
