As a member of the contactless payment team at Visa, Josh is focused on public transportation and mobility. He has more than 15 years of public and private sector experience introducing emerging payments and enhancing the customer experience in the transportation industry. Prior to joining Visa in 2018, Josh was responsible for various aspects of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s current and future digital payments environment. He has also implemented contactless transit payments for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and, in a consultant role, supported numerous U.S. and Canadian transit agencies on next-generation contactless and mobile payment strategies.
