Kevin Newman

Director, Emerging Products, Discover

Kevin Newman is the Director of Emerging Products at Discover Global Network. Kevin is focused on defining the strategies and capabilities that will enable next-generation digital checkout experiences with an emphasis on mobile payments and remote commerce. Kevin joined Discover in 2005, and since has held several roles in technology, operations and product management. Prior to his current emerging products role, Kevin was focused on EMV product certification and represented Discover on several EMVCo type approval working groups. Kevin has an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and an undergraduate degree in Operations & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
