Robin O’Hara is Executive Officer and head of Customer Experience for the regional TAP Program at Los Angeles Metro. O’Hara possesses technical experience as well as communications/marketing expertise, enabling her to lead complex technical projects with a keen eye for the customer experience. O’Hara recently led the first-ever cloud-based implementation of a regional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for TAP and she is currently working on TAP integration into regional Bikesharing. O’Hara is a published author, a Summa Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and was valedictorian of her Masters class at the Mineta Institute of Transportation.
