Susan M. Pandy is a seasoned payments professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Susan leads departmental projects and external workgroups to provide the payments industry, regulatory community, and Federal Reserve System with a forum for balanced, in-depth research and analysis of market trends, policy development and other issues affecting the payment system, with an emphasis on standards and security of the mobile payments channel. Susan previously worked for NACHA-The Electronic Payments Association for over 10 years as a critical source of expertise on all matters related to electronic and mobile commerce. Susan received her B.S. in Political Science from the University of Toledo, her M.P.A. in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration & Policy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
