Senior Director, Global Product, CardinalCommerce

Ian Poole is the Senior Director, Global Product, with an overall responsibility for driving and executing CardinalCommerce’s product strategy of the digital authentication platform for merchants, eCommerce platforms, and payment service providers. With nearly ten years of Card-Not-Present industry experience, Ian has been involved in many aspects of the Cardinal organization, including Sales Engineering, Integration and Customer Support. As EMV^® 3DS specifications have evolved, Ian has served as Cardinal’s product lead with incorporating the specifications into the overall product strategy. Ian provides a balance between business and technology and has been influential in showcasing how Cardinal represents Authentication First for his customers’ payments needs.

Ian frequently speaks at industry events, both in the US and internationally. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College.
