Sophie Rainford

Sophie Rainford is a Director with the Network Product Management and Enablement team at American Express. In this role, Sophie leads a team of product managers responsible for the development and enablement of emerging payment solutions, including Tokenization and Secure Remote Commerce (SRC). Sophie began her career in payments 12 years ago at American Express, and is an industry expert in EMV, Contactless and Mobile technologies. She holds a MA in Human Centered Design from the University of Sussex, England and a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Kent, England.
