Ms. Schaub is TriMet’s Director of Fare Revenue & Administrative Services, operating the Hop Fastpass system, a bi-state, account-based, open architecture fare collection system accepting contactless smart cards, bank cards and mobile wallets and virtual cards on over 1,200 card readers in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. Ms. Schaub also oversees agency payment processing, revenue collection and controls and business operations, maintenance of fare and radio communication and agency-wide business process improvement.
