Andrew Tarbox is CEO of Thornebrook a boutique identity and payments consultancy. Andy brings over thirty years’ experience as a hands-on executive for some of the world’s largest identity and payment systems. Andy managed the MasterCard team which transformed the world from mag stripe to smart cards. At Booz Allen he managed projects migrating access control for multiple US Federal agencies and was the lead subject matter expert to the Australian government for their national health card. Andy provided strategic planning for an IDAM system to large hospital network in Pennsylvania. Andy is a senior advisor to ID Dataweb, Rivetz and Privo. Andy was a founder of the Smart Card Forum which today has become the Secure Technology Alliance.
